Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. A RennerBrown Territory Manager will request a phone or face-to-face meeting in order to get the details of the job requisition. By clearly understanding your needs and requirements, we can then begin the in-house screening process. This will ensure we truly understand the requirements and will be able to select the best candidates in an efficient and timely manner.

Details that we will need range from basic company background, contact information, wage information, company culture, and a job description for the position. We will provide a rate letter to you and provide information on our services and our policies.

The time frame for successfully finding an employee for you is going to vary based on our current employee base and your specific needs. We are committed to sending the most qualified candidates.

Every candidate is reference checked based on the work history provided by the candidate. At your request, we can provide drug screening, driving record and criminal background checks.

We realize that not every job is a fit for every person, and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. Our contract-to-hire program provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting and determine if they will be someone you want to hire. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them.
